During the months of March and April we had the priviledge of hosting 7 young adults through the organization World Race. Read about what they did in PCA and through the Palacaguina community.

PCA June 2024 Trip

Spending time at the school and being in Nicaragua is always a wonderful experience for us. Getting to share that joy with 19 others is absolutely priceless. We are so grateful for the opportunity to share the experience of being at PCA and spending time with the students, families, and staff of PCA. It can correctly be said that a trip to PCA is life changing. Thank you to those who came with us on this trip, and I look forward to hearing the continuing impact it has on your lives as well as sharing the continued impact your serving will have for
years to come. We hope everyone is truly encouraged to join us for a trip to Palacaguina soon!

2023 Graduation!!!

2023 Graduation!!!

This month, we celebrated not one, but two graduations at PCA: Our preschool graduation with 27 students and our first ever primary school graduation with 26 students. Praise the Lord!! This is a truly exciting and monumental moment for us as a ministry as well as for the 26 students who graduated from primary school. For many children in underserved regions of Nicaragua, this would be the highest level of education they would complete before beginning to work outside of the home.

Truly Thankfull

Truly Thankfull

It is hard to believe we are coming to the end of another amazing year loving and serving the children and families of Palacaguina. And we are truly thankful for all God has done and for all He will do. With only a few weeks of class time left in 2023, we begin focusing on graduation and next year’s planning. This year is a special year as we have our first Primary School graduation to celebrate.

Walk By Faith

Walk By Faith

It was a timely reminder today that as believers, we walk by faith and not by sight. I know in my life, it feels so much more secure to only go where I can see. But that is not what God has called us to is it? No, God has called us to a life of faith.

The Time is Now

The Time is Now

The next few months will determine many things for PCA and the future of our students. By God’s grace, we have been working diligently to meet all requirements to open and operate the High School. Thank you, Jesus, that we have received written approvals from the local and regional offices. We are only awaiting written approval from the national office, and we will have the permission we need to begin High School. Now we must step up our prayer.
